About a year and a half ago, I was in a leadership course where the instructor was talking about positivity. He said that whenever you are about to go into an interview/ presentation/ tough meeting/ etc, stop and visualize something that will literally make you laugh out loud. This does a few things. It helps to get rid of any tension, but it also helps prepare your body to portray confidence. I have used this method and it has worked for me.
As soon as he talked about this, I immediately thought about the funniest visual gag that I have seen. It comes from an episode of Extras, a British comedy produced by the BBC. Watch the video to the end as the gag comes right near the end. Brit wit is the best.
